摘 要:以轻烧粉经酸化、氧化除铁等精制过程得到的氯化镁溶液为原料,以氢氧化钠为沉淀剂制备氢氧化镁。研究了pH值对轻烧粉酸化除铁的影响,考察了原料的物质的量比、反应温度、加料时间、陈化时间等因素对产品质量的影响,得到了轻烧粉精制和反应制备氢氧化镁的最佳工艺条件。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线粉末衍射仪(XRD)和激光粒度分布测试仪等对实验产品进行表征。结果表明,该工艺制备的氢氧化镁纯度达到98%以上,CaO质量分数低于0.1%,颗粒呈片状结构,粒度分布均匀,形貌规则。Magnesium hydroxide was prepared with sodium hydroxide as precipitant and magnesium chloride as raw material. Magnesium chloride was prepared through light calcined powder acidified by hydroehloride acid. The influence of pH value on the content of Fe in magnesium chloride was investigated; the effects of the ratio of raw materials, reaction temperature, feeding time and aging time on the purity of magnesium hydroxide were studied. And optimal operation conditions were obtained. The product was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and laser granula analyzer, etc. The results show that the content of magnesium hydroxide in the product is more than 98% and the content of calcium oxide is lower than 0.1%. The morphology of the particles is lamellar and the size of the particles is uniform.
