摘　　要：介绍了福州长乐市拉丁酒吧"1.31"重大亡人火灾事故的调查认定过程,首次将灾害成因调查纳入火灾原因调查,为依法追究有关责任人责任、总结火灾事故教训提供依据,也为今后类似火灾事故调查提供借鉴。This paper presents the fire investigation of the LATIN BAR that broke out in 31^st Jan, 2009,Changle,Fuzhou and caused the heavy casualties. The paper,for the first time, brings the contributing factors of disaster into the fire investigation, which provides the foundation to ascertain the responsibility according to the law and to draw lessons from fire accidents, and also provides reference for the similar fire investigation in the future.
