Osteoset人工骨在修复良性骨肿瘤骨缺损的临床应用

摘　　要：目的观察Osteoset人工骨材料在良性骨肿瘤手术后骨缺损修补中的应用效果。方法自2005年2月至2008年1月对良性骨肿瘤37例，其中骨囊肿14例，骨纤维异样增生症12例，骨软骨瘤5例，内生软骨瘤3例，骨样骨瘤3例均应用Osteoset人工骨材料进行修补。结果随访时间3—36个月，平均18个月。随访期间良性骨肿瘤无复发。患者术后2～3个月X线片示骨缺损部位有新骨生成。结论Osteoset人工骨材料是治疗骨缺损有效方法之一。Objective To observe the clinical effectiveness of Osteoset artificial bone graft in the treatment of bone defects. Methods From February 2005 to January 2008,37 patients were treated with transplantation of Osteoset artificial bone graft, including 14 cases of bone cysts ,3 cases of osteoidosteoma,5 cases of osteochondroma,3 cases of enchondroma,and 12 cases of fibrous dysplasia. Results The follow - up duration was 3 to 36 months （ mean 18 months）. During the follow - up period no benign bone tumor recurred. Radiography revealed the formation of new callus in the position of bone nonunion 2 - 3 months after operation. Conclusion Osteoset artificial bone graft is one of the therapies effectively treating bone defects.
