摘　　要：在提出临床课双语教学意识与双语教学不同含义的基础上，就双语教学意识在课件中不规范之处进行了介绍。同时，针对此问题提出了规范的建议，以期在教好临床课的同时，增加与该课内容有关的英文专用名词和术语，提高学生对英文词量的学习和掌握。The paper first points out that bilingual teaching awareness and bilingual teaching of clinical courses have different meanings. Then it introduces unstandardization problems of bilingual teaching awareness reflected in courseware and proposes solutions. It is hoped to make teachers add related English technical nouns and terms when teaching clinical classes so as to improve students＇ learning and mastery of medical vocabulary.
