摘  要:以Pro/E为基础进行了鼓风机外壳注塑模的设计。零件为曲面较多的壳体件,三维造型中采用了"实体化"等高级工具,简化了操作。分型面的创建采用"复制""平整""扫描""拉伸"等基本工具,系统自动装配所有元件,节省了时间。模具所有元件装配后进行整体检查,解决了模具设计中的问题。通过模拟开模,解决开模过程中的问题。最后生成工程图。This injection mold design is conducted for blower shell injection molds based on Pro/E.The components are multi-curved surface shells and advanced tools such as substantiation are adopted in 3D modeling,simplifying operations.Many basic tools such as duplication,leveling,scanning,stretching are used to establish parting profiles and the system automatically assemblies all parts,saving time.After the assembly of all mold parts,the overall inspection is made,solving the problems in the mold design.Simulated mold opening solves the problems in mold opening process and finally engineering drawings are generated.
