摘 要:研究了水性环氧树脂对灌注式路面面层用新拌水泥砂浆的性能以及养护后砂浆力学性能的影响.利用正交实验方法,确定了实验配方,并对由这些配方所得砂浆进行了稠度和粘度试验,分析了砂浆组成对砂浆和易性的影响;测定了不同掺量下的水性环氧树脂水泥砂浆硬化后在7和28 d两个龄期的力学性能,同时使用扫描电镜观测了砂浆试样硬化后断面的形貌,对水性环氧树脂改性水泥砂浆性能指标的机理进行了分析.研究结果表明,用2.5%水性环氧树脂改性后,砂浆的流动性明显好于普通水泥砂浆;添加水性环氧树脂的砂浆硬化后,由于水性环氧树脂在界面区改善了骨料与水泥基体的粘结性,减少了裂隙的形成,使其结构更加密实;同时水性环氧树脂能跨越裂纹并抑制裂缝扩展,桥接了界面区,使得砂浆硬化后的强度有所增加.Performances of a water-based epoxy resin-infusion of the road ment mortar, and the mechanical properties of mortar after curing were inv surface with new ce- estigated. Orthogonal experimental method was employed to determine a reference for experimental formula. From these formula after mortar consistency and viscosity test, an optimum formula was obtained. The impact of composition on workability of mortar ment hardened mortar after 7 d and 28 d ages were was analyzed. Mechanical properties of ce- measured under different water-based epoxy resin content, simuhaneously the micro-mortar structure was analyzed by the scanning electron microscopy. Mechanical properties of water-based epoxy resin modified mortar were analyzed as well. Experimental results show that introducing 2.5% of water-based epoxy resin, the mortar mobility was significantly better than that of ordinary cement mortar, Water-based epoxy rosin can improve the viscosity of the aggregate and cement in the interface zone after the mortar is hardened, which reduced the formation of cracks and made the structure of mortar become much denser, simultaneously water-based epoxy resin can inhibite the crack propagation, the interface zone was bridged and the strength of mortar increased after hardening increased.
