摘  要:建立了测定氟的高效液相色谱法。通过加入三乙胺使F^--La^(3+)-茜素氨羧络合剂体系更稳定。C_(18)柱,甲醇-水(18:82)作流动相,流速为1ml·min^(-1),检测波长为566nm,线性范围为0.010~1.0μg·ml^(-1),相关系数为0.9991,检出限为1ng·ml^(这-1)。用于水和尿样测定时,相对标准偏差为2.8%~4.5%,加标回收率为95%~104%。A method for the determination of fluoride by HPLC is reported in this paper. La^(3+)-F -Alizarin complexon chelate is found to be more stable by adding triethylamine. Optimum chromatographic conditions are tested and established. Shim-pack CLC-ODS is used as column, methanol-water (18:82) is chosen as mobile phase, the detection wavelength is 566nm and the flow-rate is 1ml ·min^(-1). The linear range for fluoride is found to be from 0. OlOμg ·ml^(-1) to 1. Oμg ·ml^(-1), with a correlation coefficient of 0. 9991. Its detection limit is Ing ·ml^(-1). The proposed method has been applied to the analysis of water and urine. The RSD is in the range from 2. 8% to 4. 5% and the recovery is from 95% to 104%.
