摘　　要：随着信息技术的快速发展,电子文件的数量越来越多。因此分析、研究电子文件的分类问题,对改变当前档案工作者传统的管理理念和方法、提高电子文件的管理能力与水平具有重要意义。通过对电子文件的分类和特征分析,提出了电子文件在档案管理过程中的管理模式、检索原则和归档方法,并结合信息安全技术,论述了电子文件在档案管理过程中的真伪甄别、安全性保护等技术难题。With the fast development of the information technology, the quantity of the electronic file is getting more and more. Therefore, analysing and studying the categorised problem of the electronic file is of great significance for the workers of files to change the traditional managing ideas and methods as well as to raise the electronic managerial ability of files. The thesis proposes the electronic file management modes, seaching principles and file methods through classification and characteristic analysis. It also argues some technological problems such as the electronic files screening, security protection in file administration with combination of information security technology.
