摘　　要：介绍了顺丁橡胶生产装置上进行聚合丁二烯进料量12 m^3/h的三釜高负荷生产情况和高负荷生产的质量调整,分析了成品胶门尼升值的主要原因,并提出了相应的改进措施,使装置在高负荷正常生产条件下能有效地控制门尼的升值。Situation and quality adjustment of high load production for three polymerizing pots on cis - 1,4 - polybutadiene rubber process units whose butadiene inlet amount of 12 m^3/h were introduced. Main reasons which result to the rise of Mooney point of finished rubber was analyzed. Corresponding improvement measures were proposed to enable the device to control rise of Mooney point effectively under normal production condition of high load.
