摘 要:对不同浓度水杨酸处理的玉米幼苗根系形态指标(根长、根重)和生理指标(根系活力、SOD、POD、电解质相对外渗率、MDA)的测定结果表明,1.5 mg/L水杨酸溶液能促进玉米幼苗根系的生长发育,与不加水杨酸的处理相比,根长、根重分别增加22.76%和57.15%,根系活力以及SOD、POD活性分别增加88.89%、109.09%和40.15%;而水杨酸浓度为1.0mg/L时玉米幼苗根系的MDA含量和电解质相对外渗率比不加水杨酸处理分别下降了44.17%和26.44%。The corn seedlings were treated by different concentrations of salicylic acid in this experiment. Some of merphyoloyical and physiological characters of roots were measured after treatment. The results showed that the growth and development of roots could be promoted after 1.5 mg/L treatment. The root length and fresh weight increased by 22.76% and 53.15% respectively. Also, root vigor, activities of SOD and POD increased by 88.89%, 109.09% and 40.15% respectively. Under 1.0 mg/L of eone, entrations of salicylic acid, the MDA and relative leakage rate decreased by 44.17% and 26.44%, respectively.
