摘　　要：在调研实证的基础上运用SWOT分析模型对农民工返乡创业的内部环境和外部环境进行分析。结果表明,在现有形势下,农民工创业难以成功。并提出从内部服务和外部服务两方面帮助农民工返乡创业走向成功的建议。This article used SWOT analytical model to study the internal and external environment of returning-home migrant workers＇ self-employed behaviors, based on the practical survey of 28 provinces and cities in the country. The results indicated that under the existing situation, the migrant workers had great difficulty in starting their self-employed business. In view of this phenomenon, the author proposed two aspects which include inside service and outside service to help them.
