逐瘀通脉胶囊对大鼠血小板聚集、体外血栓形成及血液流变学的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察逐瘀通脉胶囊对大鼠血小板聚集、体外血栓形成及血液流变学的影响。方法:①SD大鼠50只,雌雄各半,随机分为5组,每组10只,即空白对照组,阳性对照组,逐瘀通脉胶囊大、中、小剂量组,每天灌胃给药1次,给药体积10 ml/kg,连续给药14 d。观察逐瘀通脉胶囊对ADP诱导大鼠血小板聚集的影响。②SD大鼠60只,雌雄各半,随机分为6组,每组10只,即空白对照组,血瘀模型对照组,阳性对照组,逐瘀通脉胶囊大、中、小剂量组,每天灌胃给药1次,给药体积10 ml/kg,连续给药10 d。观察对急性血瘀模型大鼠体外血栓形成和血液流变学的影响。结果:逐瘀通脉胶囊能抑制ADP诱导的大鼠血小板聚集,能减轻急性血瘀模型大鼠体外血栓长度、减少血栓干湿重,显著降低全血粘度值、血浆粘度、红细胞压积、全血高切还原粘度、红细胞聚集指数。结论:逐瘀通脉胶囊能通过抑制血小板聚集,缩短血栓长度及重量,改善血液流变学指标,从而在治疗血瘀证中发挥作用。Objective ： To observe the effects of Zhuyu Tongmai Capsule on platelet aggregation, thrombosis in vitro and hemorheo- logy of rats. Methods ： （1）50 SD rats male and female in half were randomly divided into five groups of 10 ： the blank control group, positive control group, the large, medium and small - dose groups of Zhuyu Tongmai Capsule. They were continuously given gastric perfusion of drugs once a day for 14 days to observe the effeets of Zhuyu Tongmai Capsule on ADP - induced platelet aggregation. （2） 60 SD rats male and female in half were randomly divided into five groups of 10： the blank control group, blood stasis model group, positive control group, the large, medium and small - dose groups of Zhuyu Tongnmi Capsule. They were continuously given gastric perfusion of drugs once a day for 10 days to observe the effects of Zhuyu Tongmai Capsule on thrombo- sis in vitro and hemorheology of acute blood stasis model rats. Results： Zhuyu Tontonai Capsule ean inhibit ADP - induced plate- let aggregation, reduee thrombus length in vitro of acute blood stasis model rats, reduce the thrombus wet weight, and it can sig- nifieanfly reduce the whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematoerit, whole blood high - shear viscosity, erythroeyte aggrega- tion index. Conclusion ： Zhuyu Tongmai Capsule plays a role in treatment of blood stasis syndrome through inhibiting the platelet aggregation, reducing the length and weight of thrombus, improving blood hemorheology index.
