摘  要:以黑龙江省农科院"黑土肥力与肥效长期定位试验"的农田黑土为研究对象,探讨了长期不同施肥处理对土壤脲酶、磷酸酶、过氧化氢酶、脱氢酶和转化酶活性动态变化的影响。试验结果表明,长期施用有机无机肥处理能显著增加土壤酶活性,比氮磷钾、有机肥、对照处理的土壤脲酶活性分别平均增加7.99%、13.78%、18.25%;比氮磷钾、有机肥、对照处理的土壤磷酸酶活性分别平均增加23.63%、12.79%、29.72%;比氮磷钾、有机肥、对照处理的土壤脱氢酶活性分别平均增加21.12%、13.11%、27.32%。5种酶的相关分析表明,各种土壤酶活性之间呈显著正相关,表明土壤酶活性能有效地反映农田黑土在长期施肥条件下土壤质量的变化。The effects of long-term fertilization treatments on the dynamic changes of soil urease, phosphatase, catalase, dehydrogenasc and invertase activity for black soil in farmland were investigated, based on the long-term site-specific trial of black soil fertility and fertilizers effects set up by Heilongjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences. The results showed that the treatment with long-term application of organic and inorganic fertilizers significantly increased the activity of soil enzymes and the urease activity of this treatment was averagely enhanced more 7.99%, 13.78%, 18. 25% than those of the NPK fertilizers, organic fertilizer and control treatment respectively, and 23. 63%, 12. 79%, 29. 72% for the phosphatase activity respectively,and 21.12%, 13. 11%, 27. 32% for the dehydrogenase activity respectively. The correlation analysis of 5 kinds of enzymes indicated that there were obviously positive correlations among all soil enzymes, implying soil enzymes activity could effectively reflect the changes of soil quality under the condition of long-term fertilization foe black soil in farmland.
