摘　　要：目的建立培元通脑胶囊中大黄素的含量测定方法。方法用C18柱，甲醇-0．1％磷酸（80；20）为流动相，检测波长254am。结果大黄素在0．0606-1．2110μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系，相关系数为0．99999，平均加样回收率为98．9％，RSD为0．53％。结论方法简便，准确，重现性好，优于原薄层色谱法，可替代原薄层色谱法作为培元通脑胶囊质量控制方法。Objective To develop a HPLC method for determination of Emodin in Peiyuan Tongnao capsule. Methods The analysis was used with a C18 column and a mobile phase of methanol -0.1% phosphoric acid solution（80：20）.The detection wavelength was set at 254 nm. Results The calibration curve was linear within the range of 0.0606 μg-1.2110 μg for emodin （r=0.99999）, the average recoveries were 98.1%（RSD=1.2%）for Aloe-emodin, 98.9%（RSD=0.53%）for Emodin. Conclusion This method was convenient, accurate and reproducible for determination of Emodin in Peiyuantongnao capsule. The method is superior to thin-layer chromatography （TLC）. HPLC can instead of TLC, which may be used for quality control of Peiyuan Tongnao Capsule.
