保济丸的药理作用研究

摘　　要：体外抑菌实验表明，保济丸具有一定程度的抑菌作用；灌胃给予１１．１ｇ／ｋｇ、５．５ｇ／ｋｇ和２．８ｇ／ｋｇ的保济丸能显著抑制醋酸诱发小鼠的扭体反应，降低二甲苯引起的小鼠耳廓肿胀和耳毛细血管通透性，明显对抗蓖麻油引起的小鼠泻下作用。Baoji Pill possesses a certain extent of bacteriostatic effect (in vitro).Baoji Pills(ig) at the doses of 11.1g/kg,5.5g/kg,2.8g/kg could markedly inhibit the body torsion reaction induced by acetic acid in mice,reduce the xylene_induced swelling of auricle and capillary permeability of ears.It could also antagonize castor_oil_induced diarrhea, inhibit the spontaneous movement of the intestine ,and counteract the intestinal hypermotility induced by neostigmine.
