金四汤治疗非溃疡性消化不良38例疗效观察

摘　　要：为探讨治疗非溃疡性消化不良（NUD）的理想方剂，采用金四汤治疗NUD38例，并与西药对照组（32例）比较，结果：痊愈率及总有效率治疗组分别为73．7％，92．1％；对照组为50．0％，71．9％．两组比较有显著性差异（P＜0．05）；1年复发率治疗组为7．1％，对照组为37．5％（P＜0．05），治疗组在缓解临床症状方面优于对照组。并对金四汤的作用机制作了初步探讨。结果表明，金四汤具有疏肝和胃，理气调血作用，对促进消化，增强胃肠功能有显著疗效。是治疗NUD的理想方剂。Seventy patients with non-ulceration dyspepsia were divided into two groups. Among them, 38 cases were treated with Jinsi decoction as the therapeutic group(TG) and other 32 cases treated with western medicine as the control group (CG). The results shoued: (1)the curative rate and total effective rate were73.7％ and 92.1％in TG, but 50.0％ and 71.9％ in CG(P＜0.05), (2)the recurrence rate in one year was 7.1％ in TG, but 37.5％ in CG(P＜0.05), (3) the effect of TG was obviously superior to that of CG in improving clincal symptoms., It suggested that the Jinsi decoction had a better curative effect on non-ulceration dyspepsia, and promotive effect on digestive function and gastric intestinal peristalsis.
