摘　　要：一台1 000 MW发电机定子线棒中的空心导线因腐蚀产物的堆积而形成堵塞。采用整体水冲洗的方式处理效果不佳。为节约时间和花费,根据堵塞物的性质和现场设备配置,采用化学清洗的方式处理。依据溶垢、缓蚀小型试验结果,确定具体的清洗控制参数,清洗效果比较理想,发电机内冷水系统的流量压力等指标恢复到接近出厂时的数值,消除了堵塞。化学清洗避免了传统的单根线棒逐根处理所带来的处理时间长、消耗材料多、工作量大等不良后果,显示出较高的经济性。The hollow- strands in generator stator coils are blocked by the deposits which come from the corrosion products. The integrated rinse of stator coils cannot get rid of the deposits well. Consider of deposits＇ characteristic, field facilities, time - consuming and cost, chemical cleaning is chosen to eliminate the blockage based on experiments on deposits dissolving and corrosion proof. After chemical cleaning, the parameters like flow rate and pressure of generator＇ cooling water approach factory -test value. Compared with one -by -one -coil cleaning, the traditional method, chemical cleaning is more economical because of its lower consumption of time, material and workload.
