摘　　要：文化是一国综合国力的重要组成部分,也是国际关系研究中的一个传统变量。它对国家综合国力的发展、国际行为体对外政策的形成和内容、国际关系的制度化以及国际形势的变化都有着重要的影响。Culture is an important part of the comprehensive national power for a country as well as an important variable that has been concerned in international relations studies.It has a great influence on the comprehensive national strength,on the formation and the content of foreign policies,on the institutionalization of international relations and the change of international situation.
