摘　　要：封闭的社会网络和高同质的认知,使得四川藏区贫困人口的社会资本呈现不断弱化的趋势,社会资本的弱化又进一步固化了贫困人口的经济贫困状态。因此,从社会资本的视角来看,要达到减轻和消除四川藏区贫困的目的,就需要从二方面着手:一是要打破结构型社会资本的封闭状态;二是要提高认知型社会资本的异质性。In Sichuan Tibetan areas, the poor's social capital is characterized by closed social networks and homogeneity, and takes on a constantly weakening trend. As to the poor in Sichuan Tibetan areas, small network of relationships and high homogeneity of cognition has led to locked society, and further solidified economic poverty. Therefore, we should enhance the heterogeneity of social capital, to break the state of locked society in order to achieve purposes of alleviating and eradicating poverty.
