摘　　要：目的：通过核潜艇２５昼夜远航，评价“银参冲剂”对远航艇员的保健效能。方法；１３５名核潜艇艇员随机分成３组，分别给予“银参冲剂”、银耳孢糖及安慰剂。在连续２５昼夜远航前、后，检测心理、神经功能、血浆性激素水平、免疫、外周血白细胞计数、心肺功能及听力等，并对各组检测结果进行比较。结果：服用“银参冲剂”可显著改善远航艇员视觉注意的集中性和稳定性，改善艇员情绪状态，刺激增加外周血白细胞总数，对辐射敏感的性腺器官有一定保护作用，还能改善左心功能（ＥＳＶ、ＥＤＶ、ＣＯ），并显著地减少“第三状态”的发生。长期服用未发现有任何毒副作用。结论：“银参冲剂”能有效地减轻核动力潜艇远航条件对机体的不良影响，并提高艇员的耐受力和健康水平。Aim:To evaluate the health protective effect of“Yinshen Chongji”on the crew of nuclear submarine during a 25 days voyage.Methods:135 male crew of a nuclear submarine were randomized into 3 groups,and were given“Yinshen Chongji”,“Tremella”or“Placebo”respectively.Psychological analysis,nerve function,sex hormone,immune,peripheral blood WBC count and cardiopulmonary function were examined befor and after the voyage and the results of these groups were compared.Results:The“Yinshen Chongji”can improve the focus and stability of visual attention,increase the number of WBC,protect the sensitive sex glands from radiation,improve the left ventricular function(ESV,EDV,CO)and reduce the production of“third state”.Conclusion:“Yinshen Chongji”could reduce markedly the untoward effect of long voyage condition in the nuclear submarine on the body and help to promote endurance and health level of the crew.
