摘　　要：基于SolidWorks参数化设计方法,讨论了加工刀具对渐开线齿轮齿廓形成的机理,建立了轮齿渐开线部分和齿根过渡曲线精确数学模型,满足计算机辅助产品设计/制造(CAD/CAM)的需要,结合实例,分别讨论了直齿、斜齿和内齿圆柱齿轮的三维建模方法,并运用SolidWorks内嵌的VBA实现齿轮的精确造型。Based on the way of parametric design with Solidworks, The profile of the gear tooth and its relationship with cutter of manufacture is discussed, a method for precise modeling of cylinder gear is presented, The example was given to show the precise modeling of cylinder gear is presented under VBA of SolidWorks.
