摘　　要：为分析传统的凸轮机构中凸轮轮廓线随从动件运动规律的变化形式,确定凸轮建模的规律和特点,综合利用力学分析和计算机仿真手段,建立了对称凸轮的三维模型。通过改变凸轮的基本参数或选择不同的从动件运动规律,可以快速得到新的凸轮模型,从根本上提高了传统凸轮的设计效率,同时为改进凸轮模型设计奠定了良好的基础。To analyze the variation forms of the contour with the cam follower about the traditional cam mechanism and confirm the characteristic and law of modeling, the mechanics and cyber-simulation were used to establish the 3-D models of symmetrical cam. It provides a quick way to gain the new cam models by changing elementary parameters or selecting different movement laws of follower to improve the efficiency of traditional cam design radically and makes the favourable foundation for ameliorating cam modeling.
