摘 要:采用极化曲线法及交流阻抗技术,研究了NaHCO3溶液中氨基乙酸(GLY)在FeCO3膜表面的吸附行为及其对A3钢腐蚀行为的影响。结果表明,GLY在腐蚀产物膜上形成了多层吸附,且存在脱附过程,其缓蚀机理为"几何覆盖效应"。质量浓度为100mg/L时,具有最好的缓蚀效果;吸附过程为自发过程,GLY在低浓度和高浓度时,ΔG分别为-27.408和-13.152kJ/mol。The adsorption behavior of glycine (GLY) on the surface of FeCO3 film and its inhibition mechanism in sodium bicarbonate solution were studied by polarization curves and electrochemical impedance spectrum (EIS). Results indicate that GLY forms multi-layer on the surface of pre-corrosion A3 steel and there is a desorption process. The inhibition mechanism is geometric blocking effect and inhibition effect is better at a concentration of 100 mg/L. The adsorption is spontaneous, and the Gibbs free energy is - 27.408 kJ/mol at a low concentration of GLY, and is - 13. 152 kJ/mol at a high concentration of GLY.
