摘　　要：发展社区卫生服务是深化城市医疗卫生体制改革、有效解决城市居民"看病难、看病贵"问题的重要举措。但是,在发展过程中存在着政策落实不到位、政府投入不足、对社区卫生服务定位不准确、全科医学人才匮乏等问题,阻碍了社区卫生服务的可持续发展。应同时从强化政府行为、动员全社会参与与加强机构内部管理等方面应对,促进社区卫生服务的可持续发展。To develop community health service is an important measure for deepening medical system reform and solving issues of the difficulty and high cost of getting medical service.However,there were several matters during development,such as many policies were carried out inadequately,the investment from government was not enough,the definition of community health service is inaccurate,general practitioners are deficient.All of these problems had hindered the development of the sustainable development of community health service.In order to promote the development of community health service,strengthening government behavior and mobilizing society participation combined with enhancing internal management.
