摘　　要：确立城市社区卫生服务可持续发展的理念,不仅是我国城市社区卫生服务发展模式的选择,也是正确审视现阶段我国城市社区卫生服务发展状况、研究城市社区卫生服务发展后劲、把脉城市社区卫生服务发展方向的问题。现阶段我国社区卫生服务存在不少问题,这些问题影响着城市社区卫生服务健康有续持久地发展,因此要调动一切力量,多方寻求合作,"示范区"的创建,以特色促发展,为城市社区卫生服务可持续发展奠定基础。Establishing the concept of sustainable development in urban Community Health Services（CHS）is not only an issue concerning the operational model selection of the urban CHS,but also an important issue related to correctly under-standing the current development stage of the urban CHS and the development sustainability and right direction of develop-ment of the urban CHS。 Present stage our urban CHS existence many questions,these questions affect the urban CHS to have continue develop lastingly,must therefore transfer all strengths,seeks the cooperation in every way,＂model dis-trict＂ the foundation,presses the development by the characteristic,served the sustainable development for the urban CHS to lay the foundation.
