摘　　要：针对散粮筒仓系统工艺流程和设备繁多且设备之间的相关性较为复杂等特点,采用结构化程序设计方法,着重于软件设计的模块化和层次化,对系统的功能和工艺特性进行分析,按层次划分系统的控制结构,并设计了相应的软件模块,大大简化了PLC程序的设计,提高了编程效率。Considering that there are numerous equipments and process flows in the bulk grain silos system and that the relationship among the equipments is very complicated,the structured program design was adopted to make analysis of the functionality and process features of the system.The focus was on the modularity and hierarchy characteristics in software design.Based on the control structure of the hierarchy classification,the corresponding software modules were designed for physical implementation,which simplifies the PLC program design. And the programming efficiency is improved.
