摘　　要：畲族是有着悠久历史的古老民族,山地农耕的实践是畲族传统体育文化形成的基础。畲家拳、畲族棍术、节日登高是最具特色的畲族体育娱乐内容,具有浓厚的传统体育文化特色与内涵。文章通过对畲族体育文化构筑与历史渊源、特色与特性的初步研究,提出畲族传统体育文化的社会化保存构想,为传统体育更深层次的继承和发扬提供参考。She nationality has a long history,and cultivation in the field is the basis of its traditional physical education culture.She boxing,She wand,climing on holidays are the most significant entertainment which has meaningful physical education culture and connotation.After studying the stucture,historic origin,features and characteristics of She nationality physical education culture,the paper proposes preservation measures of it,and gives advice on how to inherit and develop it.
