曲式单一腹主动脉阻断无血切肝法临床初步体会(附五例报告)

摘　　要：目的探讨曲式无血切肝法的临床疗效。方法采用曲式单一腹主动脉阻断无血切肝法,对3例肝癌及2例肝血管瘤患者行单一腹主动脉阻断肝切除术;并介绍该式术前、术中、术后处理体会。结果术中切肝平均出血量104 ml（40~200 ml）;腹主动脉阻断平均时间为11.8 min（7~15 min）;所有患者术中术后无需输血,且未出现任何相关并发症。结论曲式单一腹主动脉阻断无血切肝法的临床疗效满意,该法安全简单易行,便于推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of Qu＇ s bloodless hepatectomy. Methods Using single abdominal aortic cross - clamping for bepateetomy （ QU＇ s bloodless hepatectomy）, 3 cases of liver cancer and 2 cases of hemangioma in different position were removed; and surgical experience during, pre - and post - op- eration of QU＇ s bloodless hepatectomy were introduced. Results The average amount of bleeding during hepatic resection was 104 ml （40 -200 ml） ; the average time of abdominal aortic cross - clamping was 11.8 min （7 - 15 min）. There was no transfusion and any complication during and after operations in all patients. Conclusion The method of Qu＇ s bloodless hepatectomy can achieve the very satisfactory effect, which is worth applying and sprea- ding.
