广州市健康人群体检结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解广州市健康人群的体检异常率。方法收集2007年广东省人民医院体检中心体检人员的资料26675例,按年龄分组对体检人群不同标志物的结果进行分析。结果血脂、血糖检测结果异常率各年龄组之间相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),随着年龄的增大而不断升高。谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(CHOL)、血糖(GLU)检测结果的异常率分别为12.7%、19.3%、9.7%、5.8%。结论血脂、血糖检测结果的异常率高于全国平均水平。Objective To investigate the abnormal rate of physical examination of healthy population in Guangzhou. Methods Totally 26,675 physical examination records from Medical Examination Center of Guangdong Provincial People＇s Hospital in 2007 were collected, and different indexes were analyzed according to different age groups. Results There were statistical differences in the abnormal rates of blood fat and blood sugar among different age groups （P〈 0.01 ）, which were increased with age. The abnormal rates of ALT, TG, OHOL and GLU were 12.7 %, 19.3 %, 9.7 %, and 5,8 % respectively. Conclusion The abnormal rates of blood fat and blood sugar are higher than those of the national average level.
