摘　　要：目的探讨艾滋病毒I型(HIV-1)(+)感染者在高效抗逆转录病毒治疗(HAART)不同阶段血清白细胞介素16(IL-16)的变化及临床价值。方法用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法检测血清IL-16水平;用反转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)法测定HIVRNA载量。HAART治疗方案:去羟肌苷+司他夫定+奈韦拉平。结果健康组与未治疗组、治疗4周、治疗8周组比较,未治疗组与治疗18周、治疗24周组比较,血清IL-16水平极显著升高(P<0.01);未治疗组与治疗4周、治疗8周组比较,血清IL-16水平也明显升高(P<0.05)。结论血清IL-16作为HIV/AIDS病情观察及抗病毒疗效考核的指标值得重视。IL-16作为辅助治疗HIV/AIDS也将具有应用前景。Objective To examine the level of interleukin - 16 in serum so that we can investigate dynamic change and clinical value in HIV- 1（ ＋ ）infectors of different phases with highly active antiretroviral therapy（HAART）. Methods Enzyme- linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）was applied to detect the level of interleukin- 16 in serum. Reverse transcriptase - poiymerase chain reaction（RT PCR） was used to measure the HIV RNA. The regimen of HAART was dideoxynosine（DDI） plus stavudine（D4T） and nevirapine （NVP）. Results The level of interleukin- 16 in serum was increased extremely （P〈 0.01） when healthy group compared with uncured patients, four- week treatment group, and eight week treatment group; and uncured patients compared with eighteen - week treatment group and twenty- four - week treatment group. As compared with four-week treatment group and eight- week treatment group, the level of interleukin - 16 in uncured patients was increased significantly （P〈 0.05）. Conclusions IL- 16 level in serum deserves recognition and has an applied foreground as a sign in evaluation of the state of the case, antiviral cure, and accessorial treatment in HIV/AIDS patients.
