摘　　要：131I治疗Graves病后甲状腺功能减退症(甲减)是最常见的并发症。早发甲减是指131I治疗Graves病患者后1年内发生的甲减。131I治疗的实际工作中,从131I治疗的综合因素方面,探讨预防甲减发生的因素及131I治疗后早发甲减的及时处理。The early hypothyroidism is the complication often seen after ^131I therapy for Graves disease, and the early hypothyroidism occurs after ^131I therapy for Graves disease in one year. In the clinical practice of ^131I therapy for Graves disease, the survival factors for prevention of hypothyroidism and permanent hypothyroidism after ^131I therapy are discussed
