细菌性阴道病快速检测卡的临床应用评价

摘　　要：目的探讨细菌性阴道病快速检测卡检测细菌性阴道病(BV)的临床应用价值。方法取268例疑为细菌性阴道病的标本,同时用Amsel法和细菌性阴道病快速检测卡法进行对比检测。结果与传统的Amsel法相比,细菌性阴道病快速检测卡法诊断细菌性阴道病(BV)的敏感性为91.9%,特异性为95.1%,两者符合率为94.4%。结论细菌性阴道病快速检测卡法是一种简便、快速的检测细菌性阴道病(BV)的方法,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical application value of bacterial vaginosis rapid assaying card for bacterial vaginosis detection. Method Totally 268 cases of suspected bacterial vaginosis were detected by Amsel method and bacterial vaginosis rapid assaying card respectively, and the testing results were compared. Results As compared with Amsel method, the sensitivity and the specificity of bacterial vaginosis rapid assaying card were 91.9 % and 95. 1 % respectively, and the accordance rate with Amsel method was 94.4 %. Conclusion The detection of BV with bacterial vaginosis rapid assaying card is a simple and rapid method, which is worth popularizing and applying clinically.
