摘　　要：本文基于ArcGIS Server构建了B/S架构的AIS动态船舶管理系统,实现了对AIS船舶对象的实时显示、查询、跟踪、统计、回放等功能,提高了海事现场管理和水上安全监督管理能力。This paper focuses On the design and implementation of AIS Dynamic Ship Man agement System Based on ArcGIS Server. Real-time AIS ship displaying, querying, monitoring,counting,history track playing back etc are implemented in the system. The Management efficiency of maritime management and maritime safety supervision are enhanced.
