摘 要:在探讨稻谷干燥均匀度性质及定义新的干燥均匀度指标基础上,利用深床干燥试验台进行稻谷干燥单因素试验和干燥筒排料口贯口处有无挡板的结构验证试验,分析了试验因素对干燥均匀度的影响规律和干燥过程中同层不同位置稻谷的干燥均匀特性,得出同层稻谷干燥的普遍规律。即距横截面圆心1/6R的测点1和距横截面圆心1/3R的测点3处稻谷分别以最高频数最先和最后达到安全储存水分,验证干燥筒贯口处结构对稻谷干燥过程的影响可以忽略。通过三因素二次回归正交旋转组合试验,建立热风温度、表现风速和谷层厚度与干燥均匀度的回归方程,分析各因素对干燥均匀度的影响,利用贡献率法确定因素的主次关系为热风温度>表现风速>谷层厚度。并对工艺参数进行优化,为提高稻谷干燥的均匀度提供依据。Based on analyzing the existing index and a new definition of drying moisture uniformity,single factor experiment and duplicate test with or without baffle on material outlet of drying cylinder were conducted in a deep fixed-bed.Influence law of experiment factor on the new index was analyzed and uniformity characteristics of drying in the same layer but at different position were also investigated.The experimental results showed that paddy samples at the first measuring point from which to the centre of cross section the distance was 1/6R,and at the third measuring point from which the distance was 1/3R,firstly and finally reached the moisture content of safe storage respectively with the maximum frequency,which not only can be regarded as a general law but also proved that the effect of the material outlet structure on paddy drying can be neglected.The experimental method of the three-factor quadratics rotary orthogonal combination was adopted to establish the relationship between performance function and each factor,and the effects of each factor on the drying moisture uniformity were investigated.The order of factor which influents on drying moisture uniformity was clarified as air temperature〉air velocity〉paddy thickness though calculation of contribution rate,and the optimum process parameters for drying moisture uniformity were obtained,which provides useful formation for improving the drying moisture uniformity of paddy in the practice.
