摘 要:通过有限元软件ANSYS计算了几种典型两端偏心受压Q420高强角钢杆件的压溃荷载,并考察了构件变形、应力分布等现象,分析结果可知:残余应力对构件极限承载力的影响小于5%,并与美国《输电铁塔设计导则》(ASCE10-1997)和我国《钢结构设计规范》(GB50017-2003)进行比较,认为美国导则可以用于Q420角钢设计,我国规范偏保守。运用最小二乘法提出了长细比修正公式。The buckling loads of the members with eccentric compression at both ends in typical angle sections are analyzed by ANSYS,and the deformation and stress distribution are also observed.The analysis shows that: the residual stresses affect the ultimate load-carrying capacity of angles by about 5% or less.Compared the results with American design code(ASCE10-1997) and Chinese code(GB50017-2003),it is considered that American code is able to be used in the design of Q420 single steel, and Chinese code is conservative and safe. At last, a modified slenderness ratio is yielded by means of least square method.
