摘　　要：科学发展观是马克思主义中国化的新成果,对提高中国共产党的执政能力具有重要指导作用,主要体现在新的发展理念的确立、如何提高决策质量以及如何实现正确的发展等三个方面。Scientific development view is the new achievement of Marxism developing in China, which has great guiding effect on improving the governing ability of the Communist Part of China. It mainly embodies the following three aspects： establishing new development concept, how to improve the quality of decision-making as well as how to achieve right and appropriate development.
