矿泉浴对歼击机飞行员血清过氧化脂质代谢的影响

摘　　要：目的研究矿泉浴对歼击机飞行员血清过氧化脂质（ＬＰＯ）代谢的影响，旨在增强机体的防卫机能。方法抽取歼击机健康男性飞行员６４例，随机分为观察组和对照组Ⅰ。两组在疗养期间各种活动相同。观察组每天进矿泉浴４０分钟，２２天为１个疗程。测定两组疗程前后血清ＬＰＯ含量。并设非高空作业健康男性３１例为疗程前对照组Ⅱ。结果观察组和对照组Ⅰ疗程前血清ＬＰＯ含量明显高于对照组Ⅱ（Ｐ＜０．０１）。观察组经矿泉浴１个疗程后血清ＬＰＯ含量下降显著（Ｐ＜０．０１），对照组Ⅰ１个疗程后ＬＰＯ含量下降不及观察组，自身对照和与观察组对照均为Ｐ＜０．０１。结论矿泉浴可减少ＬＰＯ生成，并可促进ＬＰＯ排泄。血清ＬＰＯ含量降低，有利于提高机体的防卫机能，这对延长飞行年限，增强飞行耐力，保证飞行安全有重要意义。Objective To study the effect of atmineral spring baths to the metabolism of LPO of serum in pilots to drive the fighter. Methods 64 pilots to drive the fighter were randomly divided into observation and control group.In observation group,to conduct the mineral spring baths everyday,the time is 40 minutes the time of an effective course is 22 dayseat pre- and post-.We measured the content of LPO in the serum. Results At pre-,the content of serumlpo in observation group and the first control group is monhigher than that of the second control group.At post,the condent of LPO in the serum decreased obviously (P<0.01). Conclusion The mineral spring baths can reduce the content of LPO in serum,improve the excretion of LPO and extend the life of fight and enhance the endurand of fight.
