摘　　要：培养学生的创新能力是高等院校重要的教学目标之一。创新能力的基础是实践能力,而实践教学则是培养并形成实践能力的有效途径和手段。"推拉结合"的实践教学模式在培养学生创新能力方面具有重要作用。Innovation is the radical power of social development. Cultivation innovative talent of students is one of the important teaching targets of university. The base of innovation ability is practice ability. However, the practice teaching is the effective methods to cultivate and form it. This article firstly analyzed the necessity of cultivate the innovation ability of students, then provided the practice teaching mode of push-pull and the corresponding strategies on how to realize it.
