117例强直性脊柱炎病人注射英夫利西单抗的观察及护理

摘　　要：[目的]探讨强直性脊柱炎病人静脉注射英夫利西单抗治疗时的护理。[方法]用注射用水溶解英夫利西单抗,配制时防止泡沫产生,现配现用;输液时使用精密过滤器;用输液泵或调速型输液器严格控制输液速度,先慢后快;使用前给病人测量生命体征,同时给予有效的护理干预。[结果]117例病人中,115例未发生不良反应,1例出现轻微头痛,1例出现变态反应,经治疗后症状得以缓解。[结论]有效的护理干预措施和严格的操作规程可明显减少英夫利西单抗治疗过程中不良反应的发生。Objective：To probe into the observation and nursing care of 117 ankylosing spondylitis patients accepting infliximab injection. Methods：Using sterilized water for injection to dissolve infliximab injection,to avoid foaming during the process of dispensing and to use it right after it was ready. Precise filter was used during fluid infusion for patients. Infusion pump or speed - regulating infusion set was applied to control the infusion speed. That was slowly infusion for patients at beginning and fast later. Vital signs of all patients have been measured before and after injection. Meanwhile, effective nursing interventions were carried out for them. Results： Among all 117 patients,ll5 cases didn＇t have any adverse reactions. One case had minor headache. And only one case had allergic reaction. After treatment, symptoms of the case have been relieved. Conclusions：Effective nursing interventions and strict operations regulations can be significantly reduced the incidence of ad verse reactions during the course of treatment of ankylosing spondylitis pa tlents.
