摘　　要：[目的]探讨双侧全髋关节置换术病人围术期护理与康复训练。[方法]总结25例双侧人工髋关节置换术病人的临床资料、术前、术后护理以及出院康复指导;充分做好术前宣教、术前评估、重视术后功能康复锻炼和出院康复指导。[结果]25例病人在术后14d～22d出院,康复锻炼期间无一例发生术后并发症,出院时均能自行坐立,扶拐行走。[结论]做好双侧全髋关节置换术病人围术期护理有利于加快术后康复和减少并发症发生。Objective： To probe into perioperative nursing and rehabilitation training of patients accepting bilateral artificial hip joint replacement. Methods. Clinical data,perioperative nursing and rehabilitation training of a total of 25 cases accepting Bilateral artificial hip joint replacement have been summarized. Preoperative propaganda and education and preoperative evaluation have been performed. Postoperative functional rehabilitation exercises and discharge rehabilitation guidance have been paid more attention. Results： A total of 25 patients had been discharged 14-22 days after operation. During the period of rehabilitation exercises,none had occurred postoperative complications. All cases can sit down by themselves and walk with crutches when they discharged. Conclusions：Well perioperative nursing care of patients accepting bilateral artificial hip joint replacement can speed up postoperative rehabilitation and reduce postoperative complications.
