淹水胁迫下5种竹子生理生化指标的变化  被引量:13

摘  要:以长叶苦竹、凤尾竹、黄条金刚竹、鹅毛竹、菲白竹为试验材料,研究淹水胁迫下5种竹子的生理生化指标的变化。结果表明:各试验竹种在淹水胁迫处理期间,其叶片相对电导率呈上升趋势,在处理结束后,长叶苦竹、菲白竹的相对电导率超过50%,已接近死亡,而凤尾竹、黄条金刚竹相对电导率上升幅度不大,说明凤尾竹、黄条金刚竹抗水淹胁迫能力较强。随着胁迫时间的延长,各竹种叶片叶绿素含量呈下降趋势,长叶苦竹、菲白竹在处理结束后,叶片叶绿素含量接近0,其中长叶苦竹处理结束时叶片叶绿素含量仅为淹水初期的4.6%。随着淹水胁迫时间的延长,各竹种叶片内MDA含量均呈上升趋势。保护酶(SOD、POD、CAT)随着处理时间的延长,呈先上升后下降趋势,SOD活性对淹水胁迫的反应最敏感,在淹水处理6天后,就达到最大值,而各竹种POD、CAT活性峰值出现时间不同。The physiological and biochemical changes of five bamboos (Pleioblastus nakai, Bambusa multiplex, Sasaella f. aureostriata, Shibataea chinensis ,Arundinaria fortunei) were studied under the conditions of flooding stress in this paper. The results showed that the leaf relative electric conductivity and MDA content of five bamboos were increased with the duration of flooding stress, and at the end of the treatments, the relative electric conductivity of Pleioblastus nakai and Arundinaria fortunei were more than 50%, compared with the control while for Bambusa multiplex and SasaeUa f. aureostriata was only a little increase, indicated that Bambusa multiplex and Sasaella masamuneana f. aureostriata had stronger ability in resisting the flooding stress. With the prolonging of the stress, the chlorophyll content of each bamboo was decreased. At the end of the treatment, the chlorophyll content of Pleioblastus nakai was 2.3 mg/g FW, only 4.6% of the initial stage of the flooding stress. The activity of three protective enzymes (SOD, POD and CAT) was increased firstly, and then decreased with the prolonging of the stress, among which the SOD activity was the most sensitive to the stress and in sixth day of the treatment, it was reached the its peak value.
