缓释肥料对烤烟内源激素含量的影响

摘　　要：以不施肥(处理A)和施用烟草专用配方肥(处理B)为对照,研究施用缓释肥料M和N对烤烟茎尖和根尖内源激素含量的影响.结果表明,施用缓释肥料M或N较不施肥处理显著提高茎尖和根尖的IAA、GA3、ZR含量,降低茎尖和根尖的ABA含量.移栽45d后,茎尖和根尖IAA、GA3含量达到峰值,茎尖的ZR、ABA含量在移栽后60d达到峰值.打顶后,根尖IAA、GA3、ZR含量稍有升高,ABA含量则下降.Effects of slow-release fertilizer M and slow-release fertilizer N on the contents of endogenous plant hormones in shoot-tip and root-tip of flue-cured tobacco were studied, compared with the 2 treatments of non-fertilizer treatment（treatment A） and treatment of employing tobacco special fertilizer（treatment B）. The results showed that the content of IAA, GA3, ZR in shoot-tip and root-tip of flue-cured tobacco were increased, while the content of ABA in shoot-tip and root-tip was reduced by application of slow-release fertilizer M and N compared with the treatment without fertilizer. The content of IAA and GA3 in shoot：tip and root-tip reached the peak after transplanting 45 days, but the content of ZR and ABA in shoot-tip reached the peak after transplanting 60 days. After topping treatment, the content of IAA, GA3 and ZR in root-tip increased a little with the content of ABA decreased.
