摘　　要：金融市场结构的变迁是金融市场结构的内外因素共同作用的结果,决定一国金融市场结构变迁的基本条件主要有:经济金融发展水平、金融制度安排、金融创新力、金融开放程度和科技水平等。金融市场结构的优化还会受到多方面因素的制约:一是内生性因素,主要包括金融市场参与主体的理性化程度、金融市场交易效率的高低以及金融市场基础设施的完善程度等;二是外生性因素,主要包括金融制度及其创新、金融市场改革与开放、金融市场的科技吸收能力、金融市场参与者的文化习俗与偏好等。The change of financial market structure is the result of interaction by internal and external features of financial market structure, and the basic factors deciding one country＇ s financial market structure changes includes the economic and financial development level, financial institutions, financial innovation, the extent of financial opening and technology level. The optimization of financial market structure is restricted by some features, one is the internal features, which mainly include the rationality of financial market participants, the efficiency of financial market trade and the infrastructure of financial market; the other is external features, which mainly include financial system and its innovations, the reform and opening of financial market, the technology absorption capability of financial market and the cultural inhabit and preference of financial market participants.
