摘  要:针对开关电源产品开发周期长的问题,本文提出了将质量机能展开(QFD)的四阶段模式和层次分析法(AHP)相结合进行开关电源设计的方法。整个开发过程从顾客需求出发,利用QFD及层次分析法建立了开发过程四个阶段(产品规划、零件设计、工艺设计、生产控制)的映射关系图和QFD配置表。用这四个配置表来管理整个开发过程,可以利用有限的资源和时间使顾客得到最大的满意度,达到缩短产品开发周期,提高产品质量的目的,最后用36W开关电源为例对这一方法进行说明。In order to solve the problems of the long development cycle of switching mode power supply (SMPS) products, this paper applies to designing SMPS the combined methods of four mode stages in quality function deployment (QFD) and the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Based on the voice of customer (VOC), the mappings relationships between four stages of QFD (including product planning, components design, technology design and production control) are established by using the proposed method. Thus, four configuration tables for the four stages are established, which make use of limited resources and time to enable customers to ob- tain the greatest satisfaction, to shorten product design cycles and improve product quality. Finally , the design of a SMPS(36W)is taken as an example to explain this method.
