摘　　要：介绍承钢2500m3高炉基础自动化系统及其网络配置，根据所配备的PCS7系统的特点开发了用户自定义功能库。系统顺利投产，该功能库的使用极大地提高了软件工作效率，便于统一维护程序库，集中更新，并保证了多项目数据的一致性。This paper introduces the basic automation system and its network configuration of 2500m3 blast furnace in Chengde Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. A user-defined function library in the control system has been developed according to the characteristics of PCS7 system.After having put into operation successfully, it proves that the function library improves the programming efficiency, conducts maintenance of program library easily, updates the library intensively, and ensures the consistency of the multi-project data.
