Evaluation of Quality on Different Variation Types of Gastrodia elata from Gastrodiaelata GAP Bases in Pingwu Region

摘  要:目的评价平武天麻GAP种植示范基地天麻产品的质量状况。方法在种植基地采集三种天麻变异类型样品各3份,进行有效成分含量、SO2含量、农药及重金属残留指标的检测。结果天麻素的平均含量分别为:乌天麻0.6%,绿天麻0.57%,红天麻0.45%;水分为11%;SO2未检出,农药残留为痕量;三种天麻变异类型重金属残留均低于国家行业标准的指标。结论平武天麻GAP种植示范基地生产的天麻产品质量是可靠和安全的。Objective To evaluate the quality of different variation types of Gastrodia elata from GAP Bases in Pingwu region. Methods HPLC was used to measure the contents of gastrodin, others were measured according to the references. Results The average content was 0.6% ,0.57% and 0.45% from the three different variation types of Gastrodia elata BL.f.glauca S.Chow., Gastrodia elata BL.f.viridis Mak., Castrodia elata BL.f.elata, respectively, all contents were higher than the standard 0.2% of Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2005 edition). The average water contents were 11%; SO2 was not detected in these samples and pesticide residuals were trace amounts. The heavy metals residuals were all lower than the standards of Green standards of medicinal plants and preparations for foreign trade and economy (WM/T 2-2004). Conclusion The result showed that the qualities of three variation types were safe and reliable from Gastrodia elata from GAP Bases in Pingwu region.
