从血液生化分析观察中药对骨质疏松模鼠的影响

摘　　要：通过对实验性骨质疏松模鼠血浆钙（Ｃａ）、磷（Ｐ）、酸性磷酸酶（ＡＣＰ）、碱性磷酸酶（ＡＬＰ）测定，观察了中药对造模动物血浆生化的影响。结果表明，中药组、激素组血浆钙水平明显高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５），血浆ＡＣＰ活性显著降低（Ｐ＜０．０５）。说明中药坚骨液可明显抑制实验性骨质疏松动物的骨吸收，增加血钙水平。The effect of traditional Chinese drugs (TCD) on the plasma biochemistry of animal models was observed through measuring plasma Ca,P,ACP and ALP of rat models of experitmental osteoporosis.The results showed that the levels of plasma Ca of TCD and hormone groups were obviously higher than those of the contrast group (P<0.05) and the plasma ACP activity was dominately decreased (P<0.05).It is sugggested that “JIAN GU YE”(a TCP preparation )functions to significantly inhibit the bone absorption in experimental osteoporosis animals,increase the levels of blood Ca,and improve the negative Ca balance and osteometabolic balance in vivo.
