福建省体育教育专业毕业生择业取向透析

摘　　要：采用问卷调查法对福建省4所体育专业院校2009届体育教育专业本科毕业生择业取向进行调查,研究结果表明:在择业意识上,绝大部分毕业生能理解并接受"自主择业",采用各种各样的途径积极主动参与"自主择业",能够清楚地认识我国就业发展趋势和社会人才需求状况。但仍有部分学生还留恋于过去"统包统分"的就业体制,对"自主择业"缺乏主动性,对自己的学业和素质在竞争中的表现缺乏自信;在毕业生择业标准上由理想主义转变为现实主义,趋向现实化,重经济待遇,对工资收入较高、就业地区较发达、工作稳定,享有社会保险以及奖金、补贴等工作比较向往,男女生之间对是否愿意去地域条件艰苦地方的态度存在着显著性差异。The employment tendency of the 2009 bachelor graduates of physical education in 4 sport universities of Fujian province are investigated by questionnaire. The result shows that the majority of the graduates can understand and accept the concept of finding job by the graduates themselves, and actively take all kinds of ways to find job. Most of the graduates could clearly understand the developing trend of employment and soeial requirement. But, there still exists some graduates who expect to obtain employment by government＇s arrangement. They are inactive to find job by themselves, unconfident in their own talent and accomplishment in market competition. And their employment standard has changed from idealism to realism with the hope to get favorable jobs as those of high salary, developed employment area, stable work environment, good social insurance and subsidy etc. There also exists evident difference between male and female graduates in working at tough and faraway areas.
