摘　　要：对75例高血压病患者左房增大与左室结构改变的关系进行探讨，说明高血压病患者在心房增大的机理及临床意义。结果提示左增大是高血压病心脏改变的早期表现。左房增大的程度与左室重量明显相关。To assess the relation between the leftatrium enlargement and the changes of theleft ventricular structure in 75 patients withessential hypertension. This demonstratedthe early appearance of the left atrium enlargement in patients with essential hypertension and the degree of the left atrium enIargement corrected well with correspondingthe left ventricular mass.
