我院住院患者抗高血压用药分析

摘　　要：目的了解我院抗高血压药物的应用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法采用金额排序法和频度分析法,利用Excel软件对应用品种、用药金额,用药频度等指标进行统计分析。结果我院住院患者使用高血压药的购药金额居前三位的种类依次为血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂、钙离子通道拮抗剂、肾上腺素受体阻断剂。三类药品用药金额总和为78.3%。用药频度居前三位的抗高血压药是酒石酸美托洛尔片、尼群地平片和卡托普利片。消耗金额排序居前三位的是培哚普利片、酒石酸美托洛尔片和苯磺酸氨氯地平片。结论我院高血压用药使用基本合理,基本符合目前的高血压治疗原则。Objective To study the clinical application of antihypertensive medicines in our hospital and give some references for the rational use of antihypertensive medicines. Methods The money for consume, the DDDs and the daily consumption were investigated using the method of defined daily dose（DDD） by excel. Results The classes of antihypertensive medicines ranked by the money for consume were ACEI, CCB and BRB,which possessed 78.3% of all the investigated medi-cines. The classes which ranked by the DDDs were metoprolol, nifedipine and A-CEI. The medicines ranked by the money for consume were perindopril, metoprolol and amlodipine besylate. Condusions The utilization of antihypertensive durgs in our hospital is basically in line with China Guidelineson Prevention and Management of High Blood Pressure.
